Putting Digital Partnership on Display at GAC 2019

March 6, 2019 Co-op Solutions

CO-OP Opportunity

Next week 5,600 credit union professionals will converge at the CUNA GAC conference in Washington D.C. – an important event for our industry. While the movement is enjoying record levels of membership growth, it is vital for us to all keep an eye towards the future of member service and financial services.

To that end, members of the CO-OP team will be onsite at GAC to present our vision for a single ecosystem of payments and technology solutions for credit unions – as well as providing expert advice on payments growth and digital strategy through 1:1 Advisor Sessions.

“No one needs any convincing today of the urgency to digitally transform their credit union,” said Todd Clark, President/CEO of CO-OP. “What credit unions need to actually get there is the dedicated partnership we can offer, providing streamlined access to the best and broadest solutions set in the industry. CO-OP is delivering solutions and strategic advice in the payments and technology space to ensure success for credit unions and their members.”

Partnering on the Path to Opportunity

Attendees can explore and experience how CO-OP is “Partnering on the Path to Opportunity” at the CO-OP booth (#303 at the entrance of the exhibition hall). Inside the booth, attendees will find interactive stations providing:

  • Interactive demonstrations highlighting: MyCO-OP, a single-sign-on client portal providing access to all CO-OP’s tools and applications; Springboard, CO-OP’s proprietary credit card servicing application enabling credit union staff access to member card data in real time; and mobile apps, including CardNav by CO-OP for card control and alerts.
  • A preview demo of a new Developers Portal rolling out later this year as a tool inside of MyCO-OP that will make it easy for credit unions to consume and utilize CO-OP APIs and other integration services.
  • Credit union and member experience kiosks providing overviews of features and benefits of CO-OP services that ensure seamless, secure experiences for both credit union staff and members.

Stop by for a Coffee and a Chat

To help members take break, check email or connect with colleagues, CO-OP is also sponsoring a Networking Lounge just outside the exhibition floor entrance offering complimentary snacks as well as specialty coffees prepared by a barista.  The CO-OP Networking Lounge will be open Sunday through Tuesday – stop by anytime!

The Lounge will also host “1:1 Advisor Sessions,” 20-minute consulting appointments with CO-OP experts on digital strategies, payments growth strategies, or in-depth demonstrations of MyCO-OP, Springboard and the CO-OP Developers Portal. Attendees can drop by the CO-OP Lounge to schedule a session or sign up at http://meetme.so/coopgac.

Partnering with credit unions as they progress toward digital transformation is the driving force behind CO-OP’s strategy. We hope you’ll visit us at GAC to learn more!
