How might we create financial services that support the dreams and obligations of those 50 and older?
If you’re inspired by this year’s THINK Prize 16 Financial Longevity Challenge, now is the time to share your ideas. The Challenge is currently in the Ideas phase, which means that contributors from the credit union industry and across the globe are posting their ideas for collaboration and feedback. The top ideas will share the $10,000 THINK Prize, awarded in January.
This is the second year that CO-OP, MasterCard and OpenIDEO have teamed up on a THINK Prize Challenge. So far, this year’s Challenge encompasses 305 posts, 563 comments and 189 unique followers from 35 countries.
Wondering what people are posting? Here’s a sampling:
A check-in feature that will save customers time and will make customer experiences more personalized for members before they arrive at the bank.
An app that will give more meaning to your money by attaching short-term goals and dreams to your monetary savings.
Reimagining Banking Experience Flow
An on-site concierge service that will make customer visits to bank branches more personalized.
